Description
Do you often find yourself overwhelmed by anxiety, blowing problems out of proportion, or putting off important decisions? Do you recognize the feeling that life seems to be controlling you, rather than you controlling your life? Are you tired of the constant need for approval, the fear of making mistakes, and the search for someone to blame for your own difficulties?
Maybe it’s time to grow up—not in terms of age, but psychologically.
Psychological maturity isn’t about never feeling fear, pain, or disappointment. It’s about the ability to remain a source of support for yourself even when life offers no guarantees. It’s about responsibility, inner freedom, and the ability to take action instead of getting stuck in resentment, anxiety, and the expectation of being rescued.
In Natalia Kholodenko’s workshop, “Psychological Maturity,” you will learn:
• What psychological maturity really means, and why many adults continue to live with childhood reactions, fears, and resentments.
• How to stop overreacting to events, getting stuck in anxiety, and wasting energy on problems that exist only in your imagination.
• Why do we sabotage our own goals, put off important tasks, and constantly make excuses for our inaction?
• How to learn to set personal boundaries, say “no” without feeling guilty, and rely less on other people’s approval.
• How to use your triggers, frustrations, and conflicts to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and develop inner resilience and accountability.
After the workshop, you’ll gain a better understanding of your own behavioral patterns, learn to recognize self-sabotage, see challenges in a new light, and acquire the tools to develop a more mindful, responsible, and calm approach to life.
Psychological maturity isn’t about being perfect. It’s about the ability to stop waiting for someone to save you and start becoming a source of support for yourself.
